About the Artwork
1. Are your artworks original?
Yes, all original artworks are hand-painted and created by me in my studio. These are one-of-a-kind pieces, and each comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
2. Do you sell prints of your original artworks?
Yes, I offer high-quality fine art prints of some of my original paintings. By purchasing an original artwork, you agree that I retain the right to create and sell prints of that artwork.
3. What materials do you use for your original artworks?
I use professional-grade paints and high-quality canvases to ensure each artwork is durable and retains its vibrancy for years to come.
4. Can I commission a custom artwork?
Absolutely! I love working on commissions. Please email izzymeadart@gmail.com with your ideas, and we can discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
About the Prints
5. What is the difference between original artworks and fine art prints?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind hand-painted pieces, while fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of these originals, printed on premium paper using archival inks for longevity.
6. What type of paper are your prints made on?
All prints are produced on Enhanced Matte Art Paper (200gsm) for a luxurious finish that complements the artwork's details and colours.
7. Are prints framed?
No, prints are sold unframed. This allows you to select a frame that best suits your personal style and space.
8. How are prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Instructions for safely flattening prints are outlined under Print Care on the selected product on our website.
Shipping and Delivery
9. How long does it take to receive a print?
For prints, production typically takes 24–72 hours. Delivery times are as follows: (UK only)
- UK Deliveries: Express Tracked Delivery arrives within 1–2 working days after production.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed close to or during weekends may take slightly longer, as processing and deliveries are based on working days only.
10. How long does it take to receive an original artwork?
Original artworks require additional care and handling. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and packaging. Delivery times are as follows:
- UK Deliveries: Typically 5–7 working days after processing.
For larger pieces or potential international orders, please email me prior to purchasing at izzymeadart@gmail.com to arrange shipping (£0.00 for UK orders).
11. Do you offer tracking?
Yes, tracking is available for all orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
12. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the UK. However, we aim to expand internationally in the future. If you are based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please contact me at izzymeadart@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Refunds
13. Can I return a print if I change my mind?
As all prints are custom-made to order, I cannot accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" purchases. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage for a replacement.
14. Can I return an original artwork?
Returns for original artworks are only accepted if the piece is damaged during transit. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a return, repair, or replacement. Returns for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences are not accepted.
15. How do I request a refund?
If your order qualifies for a refund, please email izzymeadart@gmail.com with your order number and details. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Artwork Care
16. How do I care for my fine art print?
- Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges or damage.
- Frame the print under UV-protective or non-reflective glass for longevity.
- Display away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity to prevent fading or warping.
17. How do I flatten a rolled print?
- Carefully unroll the print and place it image-side down on a clean surface.
- Use a protective sheet and weigh it down with flat, heavy objects (like books) for a few hours.
18. How do I care for an original artwork?
- Hang away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes.
- Use appropriate hooks for secure hanging.
- Dust gently with a soft cloth and avoid cleaning solutions near the canvas.
Placing Orders
19. Can I cancel my order?
Orders for prints can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins promptly. If you need to cancel, please email me immediately at izzymeadart@gmail.com with your order details. While I will do my best to assist, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this window.
For original artworks, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss cancellation options. Since I handle these personally, I can provide more flexibility depending on the status of the order.
20. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely.
21. How do I know my order was successful?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact me.
22. Can I order more than 10 prints (Bulk Orders)?
We kindly request that orders are limited to a maximum of 10 prints per transaction. This ensures a smooth fulfillment process and allows us to maintain the high-quality service you expect.
If you’re interested in placing a larger order, please contact us in advance at izzymeadart@gmail.com to discuss a custom arrangement. This allows us to coordinate pricing, shipping, and production times effectively.
Please note that we reserve the right to review and cancel orders exceeding 10 prints if we are not consulted prior to purchase. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service, section 14.
Discounts and Promotions
23. Do you offer gift cards or discounts?
I do not offer gift cards at this time. However, I occasionally provide discount codes during special promotions. Discount codes can be applied at checkout but are subject to expiration dates, so please check the validity of your code before use.
General Questions
24. Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
No, all artworks and prints are for personal use only. Any commercial use or reproduction of my work is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
